  • How long would the entire process takes?
    It generally depends on the amount of items and would minimally take 3 hours. We will be able to give a better estimation once we receive your needs and goals. Do share with us if you have any timeline concerns.
  • How much does the organising service cost?
    You may refer to our Rates page for more details. The rates are a rough estimate and may differ from the quotation depending on your needs and requirements. Do drop us a message at hello@oursprucespace.com for a quotation.
  • Do I have to make any preparations prior to the home organisation service?
    No. We do however, recommend that you prepare boxes to put in any discarded items (during the process) to be recycled, donated to charity or for disposal. You may also like to prepare storage containers such as pantry and drawer organisers for a neater look. Otherwise, recycled empty boxes or paper bags could also be used to serve the same function as well.
  • What if I need to re-schedule the service?
    Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance for any change in schedule, with no additional fee incurred. For subsequent rescheduling, there will be a $30 additional fee.
